Set up for another set up? She is getting closer to the Avatar is she not?I can see arguments on both sides, but I still think it is entirely too convenient how quickly she wormed her way as close to the Avatar as she did. That moment when she was driving…that little grin…she’s just *drawn* evil and I think it is more than just the jealousy thing. I can completely see where she was approached outside of her dad’s knowledge and this scene was set up to get her closer. See how quickly she took down the electrosticks guy that has taken down every bad ass bender we know in that last panel? I am just not buying it.
I see a fight between the two girls in the future, but Matt wants me to be wrong because he really likes her. :p So he’s hoping she’s the new “non-bender” for the 5 representatives (Earth/Air/Fire/Water/Non)
I’m also firmly in the camp that believes the big bad of this season is Ang’s non-bender son. We’ll see, I guess.
Haha I told Jake the exact same thing yesterday when we watched it. Asami has “do not trust” written all over her face. I don’t believe her for a second.
I also think something is up with Aang’s non-bender son. If he is the bad guy I hope granny katara shows up and lays down the law.
Oh yeah we already have a kick-ass non-bender for Team Avatar. His name is Pabu.
